superb bell experience

the room was modern. it was surprisingly spacious above the ostlers restaurant. dinner in the bell restaurant was superb!!! breakfast in ostlers was delicious. the staff was lovely. the atmosphere was quiet and village location was good too.
the tv reception was awful. it kept dipping in and out annoyingly!!!

the room was spotlessly clean. staff was friendly. the food was great.
the tv reception was awful. the picture dipped in and out. it made watching anything difficult. i expect better from such an hotel.
jackie called to check if we were still coming. when we arrived, she was at reception. she walked us to our room. the bar was great and cosy with an open fire. i saw the hotel and its lovely gardens in the morning.

the pub is immersed in history. a little church is good. it is close to tilbury, this was a perfect location for boarding a cruise ship.

i found secure overnight parking available. the rooms include air conditioning alongside heating, which i could easily control. i really liked the free standing bath in the large bathroom.
the tv reception had some problems and dipped in and out annoyingly.
